I’ve always found myself to be someone who thrives while cheering others on from the sidelines. I also want to empower you to be able to express your own needs, make your voice heard and feel confidence in all you can do! I offer a variety of services to make your family life easier! My services

Labor Doula

When signing a labor contract, you will receive two planning visits, care during labor, and a postpartum visit. We will write your birthplan and will go over tools to keep your voice and desires heard during your birth.

Postpartum Doula
I offer a variety of packages to meet your needs. 4 hour daytime or 8 hour overnight hours. Get the sleep you miss so you can be the best most well rested parent for your baby. I can also work with older siblings if you need a support system while in the hospital.

CPR
I offer small class sizes for you to learn skills needed with CPR. I offer everything American Heart Association and American Red Cross BLS certifications as well as HEARTSAVER courses to get your family, workplace, or other small group to get the practice needed.

Pet Services
I am available for a variety of pet services. I can do drop ins, dog walking, or overnight stays. I have experience with dogs, cats, reptiles, chickens, fish.

WERQ or Fitness Private Events
Interested in having a small fun WERQ party for an event? Bachelorette party, birthday party, any other occasion! I will create a playlist and provide you and your guests with a fun, fitness party to remember! Don’t want WERQ?? I will create a different custom fitness experience.

When you sign a contract for a labor doula, you are getting a birthplan, tools to help you labor at home, 24 hour accessibility, a teammate to focus on YOU while the rest of the room bustles around during birthing time, and someone to help empower you to voice your wants and needs.
Postpartum doulas provide a support network with your changing family unit. Maybe you want to sleep. Maybe you want guidance and reassurance you are doing great. Maybe you want someone trained to recognize signs of postpartum depression and provide resources. Maybe you want someone to help mom take care of mom after birthing process. A postpartum doula does all of this and more!
Night nurses will tend to baby's every need. A postpartum doula will also meet baby's needs. Additionally, a postpartum doula has gone through additional training to help meet the physical, emotional, and informational needs of the entire family unit.
I’m an inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming practitioner. My practice is inclusive and affirming for everyone, I welcome you to share as much or as little as you want with me in order to help you feel comfortable.
If you don't like traveling to Dr offices alone or baby needs to see a specialist and you want to be able to focus your attention on Dr; I can come to focus on baby or to help take notes for what Dr has said.
At this time, I am unable to accept insurance. But stay tuned for changes!
There is no additional charge for twins. Having to already pay for two of most things, this price is going to be steady!
If you have a specific care need, I am more than willing to try my best to accommodate and support your request. If I am unable to support, I will do my best to link you with someone who may be able to help. I aim to be your family's go-to for care needs.
